What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The products for sale directly from the Home Gift Garden website include delivery (and VAT) to a UK Mainland postcode. Please ‘Contact Us’ on 020 8381 5687 or 07946 584143 for Offshore Islands, before ordering.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Home Gift Garden uses Paypal payment gateway.

How long will delivery take?

Our products are mostly bespoke transported via our own vehicles and we normally deliver within a few days, however, depending on geographical planning in relation to your location, this may be longer, from 7-14 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

You can be rest assured that shopping online is safe as Home Gift Garden uses a SSL Certificate to encrypt sensitive data. Home Gift Garden uses a third party payment gateway. No card details are taken on this website as the payment process is secured on Paypal website.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our Sales Office normally telephone you to check your details, then forward to our Logistics Department who will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice is generated by our systems for all orders. Paypal also generates an invoice for successful transactions. Please advise our Sales Office or Logistics if required.
